Tonight is the night when all of the little ghosts and goblins, faeries and princesses will be comin' a knockin' on your door in search of candy goodies.
Please be safe when you are out and about. If you are driving, remember that there will be lots of little ones running around - all excited and possibly not looking out for you!
And kidlets, I know how exciting it may be to dive right into that pile of candy. I remember when I was young, my brother and I would dump out our bags and compare "I got 18 chocolate bars!" ... "I got 7 chips!" .. Just remember to have mom or dad go through them first before you eat anything!
The number one rule is - If in doubt - throw it out!!
Never EVER eat home baked goods. I do realize that they are well-intended and probably made with love. But you just never know! Any loose candies, apples, baked stuff,,,,, ANYTHING that is not packaged properly and fully ~ TOSS IT OUT!!
A trip to the E.R. is not what anyone wants, and is the perfect way to ruin a holiday evening!
