So if you know anything about me, you know one of my favorite shows is Dancing With The Stars. One of the contestants this season is the one and only Alfonso Riberio, who is teamed up with Witney.

Well, it was really just a matter of time before Alfonso busted out 'The Carlton' in one of their routines, and it happened on Monday night.  'The Carlton' was incorporated in to their Jazz routine and it was fabulous. I just cannot get enough of watching this dance and absolutely had to spotlight it here today!

Jane Elliott's brown eyes and blue eyes experiment, which began in a 3rd grade classroom in the 1960's, spread like wildfire. Over the years Jane Elliott has broadened her experiment to include adults, and brought her workshops to several countries around the world. She has worked tirelessly throughout her lifetime to highlight the on-going issue of racism.

I would encourage you to search on YouTube for other videos of Jane Elliott's workshops.  You might just be surprised at how they will open your eyes. Regardless of their color.
